North 7th Street at the north edge of ISU. They're calling it the Arts Corridor because, I guess, it passes the new theater. The power plant for the university is in the red brick building at right with the clock tower; the old railroad tracks and the continuation of the bike trail cross the middle of the picture; it looks like an apartment building beyond the rr tracks. There's some uncovered switching equipment in the foreground (right).
